Maintenance
A successful candidate for this position will need to have experience with commercial / residential maintenance procedures including but not limited to: paint, tile, drywall repair, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, grounds maintenance and lighting.
In addition, any applicant must have a driver's license, be neat and clean in appearance as well be able to interact with our owners and guests in a professional manner. Reasonable computer skills are expected. This is a hospitality industry position, therefore weekends and holidays are working days and must be available.
